Telemetry and Missile Systems: Telemetry and Missile Systems (TMS) Division has collaborated with DoD and NASA programs to specify, design, build and test telemetry systems that have performed to meet mission requirements for the past three decades. The contributing staff has invaluable expertise in telemetry design, testing and mission execution. Over the years the division has gained the understanding of where programmatic, logistic and technical improvements can be made. 

Telemetry Products and Service Centers: The TMS division has established a Telemetry (TM) Product lin by standardizing commonly requested TM encoder decks, antenna systems, power systems and ground support equipment. These products have been flight proven by many DoD and NASA programs. The TMS Division also staffs service centers for electronic and mechanical fabrication and testing.

Physical Science Laboratory: PSL is housed in a controlled access building on the NMSU Campus and includes office, laboratory, production (mechanical and electrical) space, meeting areas and SCIF compatible space. PSL's other business areas provide complimentary services/expertise that can be applied as needed.

Environmental Testing: The PSL Environmental Test Facility is equipped with an anechoic chamber with complete radio frequency testing capabilities for a broad range of applications and is ideally equipped to fully optimize data-link technology. The facility includes a vacuum test chamber and thermal test chamber.
